For our network, we have APAC forum, Global Symposium, US Las Vegas meeting every year. Luckily Ciao Space Founder Amy Pan, had attended twice APAC Forum so far, this year in Tokyo and last year in Singapore.

What would I like to share after attending APAC forum & Investor exchange this time?

Day 1 : Property tour

We had over 30 agents together to drive to Chiba( near Narita airport) to view 2 houses and 1 high-rise building apartment in Tokyo.

It is my first time to view properties with so many agents together and our fun part is always our agents discussion and knowledge sharing.

Most importantly, we all love the lunch meal in the hotel. What an amazing food there !

Day 2: APAC forum

APAC forum is always our member’s interior forum.

I had the opportunity to speak on panel discussions:

Asia-Pacific residential and cross-border capital flows

I always enjoy sharing my real estate brokerage experience in Shanghai, as well as perspectives on China’s economy and global market trends.

At the same time, it was both inspiring and humbling to hear from our members across the US, Europe, and other APAC regions about their experiences and

today’s market conditions.

Member’s Journey is my favorite part of it. I felt truly grateful and touched listening to everyone’s journeys and stories. Our members are incredibly talented, insightful, and genuinely successful in their real brokerage businesses.

What did I learn that day?

We higtlighted real estate broker is not selling building, it is PEOPLE business. We build the trust, realtionship and we help people connected, sorting out problems and that's the key value to keep this business sustainability.

Day 3 : investor exchange

It was the first-ever Investor Exchange, which drew interest from more than 130 Japanese international real estate investors, many of whom attended sessions and connected directly with LeadingRE member experts to learn about opportunities in markets worldwide.

Asia: practical entry points for Japanese investors

For Japanese investors, of course they have no idea about Shanghai real estate market but what I like to share is always: China is the place you must experience it ! China is the second- largest economy in the world. It is the market you can not ignore it. I love to encourage everyone who has never been to Shanghai just come to experience it. We love to show you around, whatever food tour, tech tour, shopping tour, you may all enjoy the authentic tours.

Day 4: Immersion day

Unfortunately, I didn’t join them that day. However, the tour looks great and seems everyone had fun for sumo experience and food.

Overall, we all have great experiences in Tokyo this time. Since Japanese Yen is getting lower, the experience is just way over expectation.
